aiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) began “Accelerated Examination Program (AEP)” on January 1, 2009. The program is similar to Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) between foreign patent offices, and aims to speed up the examination of invention patent applications in Taiwan.
