Of nearly 100 professional and supporting staff from UPSC, 36% of our staff have more than 15 years of intellectual property field experience, 27% of our staff have been for 10 to 15 years of intellectual property field experience, 20% of our staff have been for 5 to 10 years of intellectual property field experience, and 17% of our staff have less than 5 years of intellectual property field experience.

Most of the staffs at UPSC are multilingual / multicultural professionals, so they can fully understand the needs of clients from all over the world. We are able to communicate efficiently and provide professional and comprehensive services. UPSC patent engineers account for almost 36% of our staff. Among them, 17% hold a Ph.D., 55% hold a Master’s degree, and 28% hold a Bachelor’s degree. In addition, among our patent engineers, 33% have backgrounds in electrical and mechanical engineering, 39% have backgrounds in chemical and materials engineering, 17% have backgrounds in biotechnology and medical fields, and 11% have backgrounds in other science fields. Currently, most of our patent engineers are graduates from well-known universities both domestically and internationally. More than half of them have a master’s degree and possess professional technical backgrounds and relevant intellectual property experience.
